ABSTRACT
Objective:To understand the cognition of research integrity of in-service medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang, provide possible reference for research integrity training.Methods:In March 2021, an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the knowledge of scientific research integrity of in-service medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang. T test and analysis of variance were used for univariate analysis, and multiple linear regression was used for multivariate analysis.Results:550 valid questionnaires were collected in total, and the overall awareness rate of scientific research integrity of in-service medical staff was less than 60%. Univariate analysis showed that there were differences in cognitive score of scientific research integrity among medical staff who participating in different scientific research activities ( P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the educational level of the in-service medical staff, whether they participated in scientific research training, whether they had the qualifications of graduate student supervisor, the interaction between educational level and participation in scientific research training was statistically significant ( P<0.05). LSD test of educational level and participation in scientific research training showed that there was a statistically significant difference in educational level of participation in scientific research training ( P<0.01). Conclusions:The cognition of research integrity on in-service medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang need to be enhanced, and their knowledge of research integrity need to be improved. Various measures should be carried out to strengthen the research integrity education and training, so as to improve the level of medical staff’s cognition of research integrity, and improve the medical staff’s attitudes of research integrity.

Objective:Constructing a scientific research performance evaluation index system based on the departments of a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang.Methods:Delphi method and the boundary value method are used to establish the scientific research performance evaluation indicators of the hospital clinical departments, then the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels.Results:A scientific research performance evaluation index system of a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang was set up, which including 3 first-level indicators, 14 second-level indicators, and 49 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The departmental scientific research performance evaluation index system established has reasonable scientificity, objectivity and feasibility, and it can be used as a reference for the evaluation of scientific research performance of departments in the tertiary hospitals.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore the effect and significance of medical dispute mediation committee as third party participating in pre - operative testimony mechanism. Methods: For 116 operations from Oct 2015 to May 2017, the medical dispute mediation committee as third party witnessed preoperative communication to patients and their families and signature, and we put forward suggestions for risk guarantee. Results: There were no medical disputes in any of the witness case, of which 43 cases purchased medical accident insurance and achieved risks transfer. Conclusion: Medical dispute mediation committee as third party participating in pre - operative testimony mechanism helps both doctors and patients clear risks, supervises the fulfillment of informed consent, promotes the landing of medical accident insurance, and achieves the recognition and transformation of medical risks.
ABSTRACT
Objective To estabolish a scientific, objective, comprehensive and quantitative combined with qualitative evaluation indicator system for research input-output effeciency, which is applied especially for grade 3 and firt-class hospital in Xinjiang Uygur aotunomous region.Methods We analyzed the research input-output effeciency of one hospital.We performed three time questionaires to 25 experts who come from different fields, by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Based on screening estimation of experts, we determined the indicators, the weight and the standards of each indicator, the logic consistency of the above were tested, and the model of input-output ratio was set up.Results The response rate of three-time quesitonaires was above 85％.Authority coefficient of estimation indicators from experts was above 0.7.The kandall coefficient of concordace was between 0.179 and 0.442, P＜0.01.We estabolished evaluation indicator system for research input-output effeciency composed of 5 grade Ⅰ indicators, 12 grade Ⅱ indicators and 28 grade Ⅲ indicators.Conclusions This study result is reliable, the index system conform to the industry standard and regional characteristics.In order to improve the hospital performance level, increaseing investment in scientific research should be needed.Combined with scientific research input-output, the management should take measures to optimize the allocation of resources, broaden the way of project application fighting for money, pay attention to personnel training amd form a scientific research team.

Objectiveto investigate the effect of the scientific research projects established within the Hospital on mobilizing the enthusiasm of the medical staff of the Hospital,improving their scientific research quality,and promoting the scientific research development of the Hospital.Methods through analyzing the devotion to the projects within the Hospital and establishment of projects out of the hospital in recent 8 years,as well as output of scientific research achievements and paper publication.ResultsThe scientific research output is increased significant than the previous years,activities of the researchers were encouraged,financial fund is increased somewhat,and the level of research achievements and paper publication are increasing gradually year by year.ConclusionsThe scientific research projects established within Hospital play a promotion role for the development of scientific research of the Hospital.

The investment in scientific research is increasingly enlarged by enterprises and national finance. The scientific research ftlnd tends to be increase obviously. Meanwhile. tlle research fund deposition has been showed gradually. which attracts the attentions of the scholars and the government. It is also awkard problem faced by the research manguagers. This paper analyzed the reasons for the occurrence of the research fund deposition in comprehensive hospitals and its disadVOJltages according to the actual condition of hospitals, and proposed some suggestions to prevent the occurfence of the research fund deposition. It could be valuable to further discuss on this issue in future.
